FEASIBILITY STUDY

A greenhouse project is a long-term investment which should have a Return On Investment (ROI) of approx. 5 years. This is when it is setup properly and with the right technical installations.  

We can assist our clients with a feasibility study. In this plan we take all the costs of the project into account. Next to that we will determine also what local costs there will be for running the project throughout the year. For example fertilizers but also the costs of local labour and/or transport costs. We will get input from our clients but also from our experiences.

With this plan our clients will see immediately what the ROI will be and if the greenhouse is visible. The feasibility study can also be used for determining the type of automation what is needed.
